Welcome to the Trauma & Recovery Course 

Dear Participant

Thank you for signing up for the 5-week Trauma & Recovery Course I am teaching. It is so vital for all of us to understand what trauma is, how it manifests in us and how we can heal and recover. This class is as much for survivors as it is for healers and those who are family and friends to survivors. We live in a world where trauma is ubiquitous and knowledge empowers us all. There will be ample time for questions and answers after each topic is covered during the live class. Each of you will also have access to the recordings of each class in case you miss one or simply want to review some of the information. The current global system of enslavement and control is designed around trauma-based mind control of individuals and the collective, hence in order to improve our world a basic knowledge of trauma and how to transform it into empowerment is essential. I look forward to meeting you and sharing my expertise and experience with you!
