Class Description:

We have all been traumatized in some form or other, both individually and as a human collective. Unrecognized and unresolved trauma can negatively impact our lives, relationships, careers, goals and our physical health. The aim of this course is twofold: To learn what trauma is, how it manifests in our psyche and body, why we get triggered and how to understand symptoms like flashbacks, how to process memories and how to understand and regulate our nervous system. Secondly, to learn and tools and techniques we can use to heal and recover, how to move from victim to empowerment, how to grow our adult self, heal our inner parts and re-connect to our divine nature. Lastly, a look at trauma-based mind control, learned helplessness and trauma bonding. Healing from trauma is possible and can transform both our lives and the world.
